To start a return or exchange: You will need your order number. Your order number is the seven digit reference number located on your packing slip and order confirmation email. Send an email to @lionneimperio@gmail.com to start exchange process. No refunds accepted at this time. Exchange ONLY. Items eligible for exchange are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage which is non-refundable unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

Machine wash warm, use fabric softener. Wash inside out. with like colors. Gentle cycle with mild detergent. Cold rinse. Tumble dry, low heat.
