Shipping Policy
We charge a flat rate shipping fee.

Priority Shipping/2-Day Shipping: $10.00 (Business Days Not Including Weekends or Holidays)
Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped.
Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information to the email you place your order with so you know when your scrubs should arrive.
If your tracking says your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our Customer Care team at lionneimperio@gmail.com. Lionne Imperio is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Please note that we do not currently ship to PO Boxes or international addresses. We also do not offer pickup in store, as we do not have any physical store locations.
Return & Exchange Policy
To start a return or exchange:
You will need your order number. Your order number is the seven digit reference number located on your packing slip and order confirmation email. Send an email to @lionneimperio@gmail.com to start exchange process.
No refunds accepted at this time. Exchange ONLY. Items eligible for exchange are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
You are responsible for the cost of the return postage which is non-refundable unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
